🟢SHIPPING INFORMATIONS🟢

Please provide your FULL name and address for the delivery, and (opcional but advised for Europe, necessary for deliveries outside EU) email address and telephone number. 

The package is shipped after payment has been completed. Shipment is made by CTT Portugal via Registered Parcel service. A tracking number will be provided, allowing the recipient to monitor the shipment status on the official website at www.ctt.pt.
Once the package has been shipped and the tracking number has been provided to the recipient, the sender is no longer responsible for any delays, non-delivery, or loss of the package. No refunds or replacements will be issued.
However, the sender remains available to assist the recipient by:
* Checking the shipment status on the CTT website.
* Submitting a formal complaint to the postal service in the event of loss or delay.
